Who is selling

Courses on this site are sold by Battlesuit LLC, which writes and runs them. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number.

Drafting note: Battlesuit LLC was formed in September 2026 and owns the site, so it is the seller. Stripe's account still has to be moved to it before launch (llc.md → Stripe).

What you are buying

A purchase is a license for one reader to use one course on this site: its units, its questions and checks, and the record of your own work. It is tied to the account that bought it or the account it was bought for. You are not buying a copy of the course or any ownership in it.

What you may and may not do

You may use the course for your own study, for as long as your access lasts.
You may not share your account, or pass your access to someone else.
You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute the course, its questions or their answers, or feed them into a product or a training set.
A purchase is not a classroom license. Teaching a paid course to a class is a separate arrangement: ask us.

Who may buy

You must be 18 or older to buy. A parent or guardian may buy a course for a reader aged 13 to 17, and is then the buyer for these terms. Nobody under 13 may have an account on this site, so nobody under 13 can be the reader.

How long your access lasts

For as long as the course is offered on this site.There is no expiry date. If a course is ever retired, you will get at least [60] days' notice by email, and you can download a copy of your own work at any time from the Your data card on your account page.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying, you can have your money back, in full, for any reason. Ask through the contact form with the email address of the account. A full refund ends your access to the course. Your own work stays where it is, covered by the Terms of Use: you can still download it, and you can ask for it to be deleted.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute also ends access to the course.

Drafting notes: after 14 days the draft says nothing, so no refund is promised and none is ruled out. A partial refund leaves access alone, so a goodwill refund under "If something goes wrong" can be partial without taking the course back. On disputes, stripe-webhook.mjsrevokes access on charge.dispute.created and ignorescharge.dispute.closed, so a dispute decided in the seller's favour does not give access back. Decide whether it should, and build that before promising it.

Where we sell

At launch, courses are sold only to buyers with a billing address in the United States.

Price and tax

The price is the one shown at checkout, in US dollars, before you pay.[Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.]

If something goes wrong

The courses are provided as they are. This is a small site run by one person, and it will sometimes be down. [If a problem stops you using a course you paid for, tell us and we will fix it, extend the refund window, or refund you.]

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top moves. A change never shortens access you have already bought or takes away a refund you were already entitled to.
