A cell is "how much of this have they got", not "what did they score on the day" — once a question is right it stays right.
A cell is what they scored on the day, out of what the day was worth — the same arithmetic Copy the column pastes. A blank is a blank, not a zero, and Total counts only the columns that have one.

Writing Beliefs has no external framework to map onto, so there is no heatmap and inventing one would be worse than the gap.
